WEEKDAY MASSES: 

Mon-Thu at 8.00 am, Fri 7.40am and Saturday 8.00am 

Weekday Public Holidays at 9.00am

WEEKEND MASSES:   

Saturday 5.30pm and Sunday 7.30am, 10.00am and 3.00pm

CONFESSIONS: Saturday: 8.30–9.00am, 4.30pm-5.15pm, & on request.

MARRIAGES:  6 months’ notice is required. The marriage preparation course is available both in person or online. Couples must make an appointment to see Fr Joe.

BAPTISMS: Parents and Godparents are required to attend the online preparation before the Sacrament is administered.  Please contact the Parish Office to book. Baptisms take place on first and third Sunday of the month.

The Rosary is prayed every day after the weekday morning Mass. All are welcome and encouraged to participate.

The Spirit of God is upon you!

Through Baptism and confirmation God sends you “to bring glad tidings to the poor and to proclaim liberty to captives; to announce a year of favour from the Lord.” Are you called to be a priest, deacon, brother or sister? (Luke 1:14-21)

Prayer for Archbishop Brislin

O God, eternal and loving Shepherd, we bless and thank you for the appointment of your servant, Stephen Cardinal Brislin, as the Archbishop of Johannesburg.

May your Holy Spirit grace him with a spirit of counsel and fortitude, a spirit of knowledge and piety, so that he may gently

and courageously sanctify, teach and govern the Church as we work together building up the kingdom of heaven.

May he be a shepherd after your own heart,

who with compassion and wise discernment will care for and lead your people with the joy of the Gospel.

May his example remind us of what it means to be Christ’s heart of mercy, voice of hope to the hopeless, and hands of justice.

In your faithfulness and love, bless us all in this time of transition and change. We pray for renewed zeal for the Archdiocese of Johannesburg to be a light to the world.
